Dear Christmas Carol Cast,

Thank you for coming out and auditioning for this production! We were so impressed by your courage, kindness, and enjoyed many of your entertaining auditions! Between auditions, and callbacks, casting was quite the puzzle this time. There were so many wonderful nuances you all brought to this story and the music. This was a cast list covered in prayer, and there were honestly some hard decisions. Please know that if you received a role you were really working towards, we celebrate with you! But we also recognize potential disappointing and hurt, and completely understand that. We have been there too! Please know that your casted roll wasn’t taken lightly, and there were many reasons.

Unfortunately with the high turn out of auditioners, and the demands of the difficult musical, we did not cast everyone that came out. We congratulate you if you are a part of our show, but we ask that you are sensitive to those that were not. Please be respectful of that at classes, or when seeing these other students outside of the production. They will be receiving letters from the team shortly with excellent feedback and some tips.

We eagerly await next weekend to start building this beautiful story with you all! The rehearsal schedule will be posted soon.

Thanks again for doing some great work, taking direction, and for all the little moments of love & kindness we saw. See ya next weekend in Victorian London for our show!

Love,
Ben, Alex, Jazmin, Anna, and Taylor
