Description

In this two-session audition class, take your Improv knowledge and skills to the next level.  You will become a master of character, objective, relationship and environment, learn the importance of saying YES to your scene partners, and create a strong ensemble of players in your chapter.  Improv team will compete at Improvapalooza (Date TBD) vying for the coveted Lamp Trophy!  So get ready to broaden your horizons and engage your creativity!  The fee for Improvapalooza will be added to the spring registration charge.
  • Improv Team is a two-session commitment.
  • Participation in this class is through audition only.
  • Teams will be between 4-8 members.

Kerry Cox

Kerry Cox has worked as a singer, actor, and director for CYT during their 3rd-12th years of classes and shows. She is so honored to be back! She recently retired after 24 years of improvising with the GreenRoom Improv Comedy ensemble, which stages high energy, family friendly shows in the suburbs. She also directed music for the Spring musical at Fox River Grove Middle School Musical for 2 years. She loves making new friends with fellow performers and music fans alike! She loves Jesus and sharing his light with others! She is a mom of five, as well.
