Shakespeare wrote some of the most classic comedic storylines that we still use today, from mistaken identity, to long lost twins, and hijacking pirates. Come discover the clever wordplay, mishaps and funny insults through some of Shakespeare’s most famous comedies. Through this class students will learn the different classic comedic styles such as slapstick, a farce, improv and satire, all through the hilarious wit of the bard himself.

Susan has been actively involved with all different aspects of theater for over 30 years. She has acted, directed, designed hair, makeup and costumes for over 100 shows. While attending college at Nyack College in New York, Susan directed and acted in the school’s improv club, Tokyo Rockstar. Susan’s first professionally taught drama at Dalat International School in Penang, Malaysia. “I loved working in the drama program at Dalat. It was there that I truly developed my love for teaching.” Since moving back to the states, Susan has been involved in several drama productions through Harvest Bible Chapel. Along with developing and overseeing their Musical Theater day camp for several years.
