Description

Passe, jete, releve. Join us as we hone our skills in the foundation of all dance, ballet. In this class you will learn technique, terminology, poise, posture and how these skills work in all dance styles. This class is sure to be "En Pointe".

Mataya Mershon

I’m Mataya, or “Mattie.” I’ve been a part of CYT since I was 9. I have vocal directed, choreographed, & have taught classes since graduating. I have been in close to 40 musicals and plays. Outside of CYT, I teach private piano and voice lessons. I live with my husband, Zack, my two cats, and my new baby girl, Elizabeth, who can’t wait to do CYT someday. I love being part of the CYT family and watching my students shine.
