Psalm 150 says, "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!" That is exactly what we will do in this two-session audition class. Building on the foundation of dance as worship to the Giver of the gift, dancers will focus on using traditional and classical dance techniques and styles to help create a strong foundation for solid dance skills. Each team will perform one showcase piece per session in the style of the coach's choosing. Styles may include modern, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, or African. The showcase pieces will incorporate skills learned during the session and challenge dancers in the area of expression and performance. 

There will be an all-area, one-day event on a Saturday in June (date TBD) to come together and celebrate the joy of dance!  The fee for EXPERIENCE 150: DANCE in June will be added to next sessions registration, and is required regardless of student's ability to attend.

• 150 classes are a two-session commitment.
• Participation in this class is through audition only.
• There must be a minimum of 8 participants for this class to run.

Auditions will be held Thursday, October 23rd from 7pm-9pm at Village Bible Church in Sugar Grove, IL
