You’ll learn fundamental dance elements that are typically used in Broadway-style choreography. These dance elements are highly influenced by ballet and jazz styles and are often high energy with large exaggerated movements full of expression. Students will learn choreography for a showcase piece featuring music from Broadway musicals. The goal of this class is to have students leave feeling comfortable with learning choreography quickly and efficiently and also be able to execute the dances with style and grace.
