Description

Fairy tales and folk tales are those wonderful stories we grew up loving because we could lose ourselves in the fantasy of it all. Our imagination would allow us to become a princess locked up in a tower until our handsome prince came and saved us, or to break the spell of an evil witch and live happily ever after. Because fairy tales allow us to use our imagination and because most of it could come true, they are the perfect stories to tell. Students in this class will learn how to use their imagination and help audiences visualize the story unfolding before them.

Susan Schmitt

I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Music Education and have taught music in the public schools before having my four children, whom I currently teach at home. I've been on worship teams over the last 10 years and have sung in community choirs as well. I love all things music and singing, and love working with CYT!
