Description

Take a class focusing on solo and partner acting. Actors will leave this class with comedic and dramatic monologues and two-person scenes, both classical and contemporary. Students will learn to infuse truth into characters, focus on and listen to the scene partner, and bring a playwright’s vision to life. Students will mix, match, and perfect monologues and two-person scenes and pick 1-2 to perform for showcase.

I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Music Education and have taught music in the public schools before having my four children, whom I currently teach at home. I've been on worship teams over the last 10 years and have sung in community choirs as well. I love all things music and singing, and love working with CYT!
