Make ‘em laugh! Learn what makes something funny in this comedy class and discover the secrets behind telling a joke. Gain confidence as you study the components to good comedy, including comedic timing, puns, physical humor, facial expressions, and the element of surprise! After learning the basic rules of comedy, apply them to classic scenes from stage and film.

I realized that performing arts was an outlet for me in middle school and have performed in various choirs and stage productions throughout high school. In the work world I see how the confidence that I gained while performing has helped me. I enjoy teaching drama and improv to students and hope that they learn that we can use these skills and talents to glorify God and point others to Him.
