Welcome to Our New Friends!!
Lake County now has an AC for Classes! Susie Kolterman will be joining Cindy Yach in leading Lake County! Susie is the mother of 6 and comes to us highly qualified for the job with a degree in education and administration. Join us in welcoming her and extending grace as classes have already begun prior to her joining our staff.Beth Miller, our wonderful Costume Supervisor has chosen Cheryl Tlapek to help her in the upcoming year as the CYT staff costumer. Cheryl is excited to serve the nine counties of CYT in the upcoming year. She has been involved in CYT for over a decade along with her husband and five children.
Welcome to Helen Herbst. Helen will be the Class AC in the upcoming year and is excited to serve the DuPage families. She has joined the staff within a week of class start up so please welcome her with grace and support :)
Shari Ledermann will be the new Production AC for McHenry County. If you don't
know her, she has had several children in the program for the past ten years and has been a Musical Theater
teacher for McHenry County with fantastic results.
The Class AC for McHenry County will be Christie Follett. Christie is not new to CYT, she is from the family that brought CYT Chicago here in 1997 and has been actively involved in teaching and directing since she graduated the program. She now has a family of her own and looks forward to serving the families of McHenry county.
We are also ready to announce that our wonderful former CYT Kenosha County AC, Cindy Yach, will be taking the
role of the CYT Lake County Production AC. She has faithfully served in this role for many grateful Kenosha
families and we welcome her to the Lake County families this season. We thank her for staying in the CYT
program and serving with a joyous heart. I know you will LOVE her too!
We are excited to welcome Lori Walla to Kenosha- who will be our production and class AC. Lori has an
incredible passion and heart for CYT and was an instrumental part of getting Kenosha up and running.
We look forward to the enthusiasm we know she will bring to our WI location.

Congrats Improv Teams!
CYT Chicago sent three improv teams (4 Fish & a Cliff, Suburban Safari & Rockford Raisin Bran) to compete in the CYT National Improvathon in San Diego, CA.There were total of 21 teams competing this year and some great laughs from all the teams.
Congrats to all the Chicago teams and to SUBURBAN SAFARI for placing 2nd!

Student Technical Crew Opportunities
CYT is looking for students 17 years old or older who are interested in learning how to run, set up, program sound and lights. Must have some technical savy/strong interest, be teachable, have reliable transportation and have a good ear for music/sound.
