Please review this Behavior Contract, and then download, print, and sign this Authorization and Release Form and bring it to the first day of summer camp.  Copies may also be available at the camp, but to speed your registration please bring a signed copy with you.
Disney on Broadway JR Camps $110 early / $125 after
Glee Advanced Camps $160 early / $175 after
Andrew Lloyd Webber Overnight Camps
Middle School and High School		 $340 early / $365 after
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Discounts: $15 sibling day camp/multiple day camps. $25 sibling overnight camps. $20 for Milwaukee, Kenosha & Rockford Camps.
  • Showcases at 2:30 pm unless otherwise notified in confirmation.
  • Financial aid applications for summer camp are due 2 weeks before camp starts.
  • A confirmation email will be sent with additional details.
  • Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS for summer camps.
  • Jr campers must be 5 years old by Friday of camp week. 
  • Must be 7 years old  by August 6 for full day camp.
